L.A.B. Quality Machining Inc. was founded by Linda and James Brath in 1985. We have always put quality and customer satisfaction first.
The number of employees is currently six. The shop is currently 5000 square feet, and another 2200 square ft new storage building. The owner Linda Ann Brath (L.A.B.), and her husband James J. Brath started the company when James left Lehr Precision. James had worked at Lehr for fifteen years rising to the level of Conventional Machining Superintendent.
L.A.B. Quality Machining Inc has three wire E.D.M. machines, the latest of which is the Makino SP43. We do manual and CNC turn mill and grinding. Our grinding machine capabilities are surface, I.D., O.D., and jig grinding. We do in house heat treating, fabricating, and welding.
Our part dimensions certification are based on surface plates under current flatness documentation, and grand master gauge blocks with current documentation. Our capabilities include production, tools, fixtures, gauges, prototypes, and exotic shapes.
We stand on our quality workmanship, and staying cost effective for our customers.
